Blu Shields Construction will also manage coastal properties for owners. Our staff has years of experience managing properties we have built. We are available to help owners who simply don’t have the time or desire to manage the day-to-day responsibilites of their real estate properties. Among the important responsibilites our staff will handle are:

1) advertise and find prospective new tenants for vacant retail or office space
2) showing the property to prospective new tenants
3) negotiate rental leases with new tenants
4) maintenance of the physical properties and fixtures
5) collecting rents and generating accounting statements
6) respond to emergencies

At the current time Blu Shields Construction has Property Management interests in the following areas. However, we would be happy to discuss our services in any part of the Galveston / Houston metro area.
